We are 1/3 mission and a for profit entity.   We use our business as a way to train men, with desire to get back into the workforce, basic wood skills.   We require that they be rehabilitated then we offer the Salvation Army Jobs Skills Program a training center in our shop.   We hire our full time employees from this program and often give them a place to live once hired.   We oversee all work and personally finish the product ourselves ensuring consistent quality to our customer while offering these men, deeply in need, opportunity they do not find elsewhere.
